REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10814
AN ACT DECLARING JUNE 23 OF EVERY YEAR AS A SPECIAL WORKING HOLIDAY AND NO CLASS DAY IN SCHOOLS IN THE CITY OF BACOOR TO COMMEMORATE ITS ANNIVERSARY AS A CITY
SECTION 1. June 23 of every year is hereby declared as a special working holiday and no class day in schools in the City of Bacoor to commemorate its anniversary as a City. TIADCc
SECTION 2. For work performed on a special working holiday, an employee is entitled to his/her regular wage.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in two (2) newspapers of general circulation.

* Lapsed into law on May 13, 2016 without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27(1) of the Constitution.
