Seminar of Clerks and/or Branch Clerks of Court & OICs of RTCs scheduled on February 16-17, 1989 at Batangas City
On January 10, 1989, the Supreme Court of the Philippines issued Administrative Circular No. 04-89, which announced a two-day seminar for Clerks and Branch Clerks of Regional Trial Courts (RTC) in Region IV. Scheduled for February 16-17, 1989, in Batangas City, the seminar aims to enhance the professional development of court personnel and improve the judiciary's service standards. Judges were instructed to inform their clerks that attendance would be considered official business and funded through local resources. The initiative reflects the judiciary's commitment to ongoing education and effective court administration.
