The Region IV, RTC Judges Association will hold a two-day seminar for Clerks and/or Branch Clerks or Officers-In-Charge on February 16 & 17, 1989 at Batangas City.
This is a welcome opportunity for all Clerks and/or Branch Clerks or Officers-In-Charge to substantially promote professional growth and to effectivity upgrade the standard of service in the Judiciary.
