Semi-Annual Report on Cases on Anti-Terrorism and Counter-Terrorism Financing

All Second Level Courts designated as Anti-Terrorism Court pursuant to Administrative Matter No. 21-08-07-SC dated 22 March 2022 (Designation of Special Courts to Hear, Try, and Decide Terrorism Cases and Counter-Terrorism Financing Cases), are DIRECTED to submit a semi-annual Report on Cases on Anti-Terrorism and Counter-Terrorism Financing through the Philippine Judiciary 365 Reports Portal Volume 2, particularly those crimes punishable under Republic Act No. 11479 (Human Security Act of 2007) and Republic Act No. 10168 (The Terrorism Financing Prevention and Suppression Act of 2012). The said semi-annual report shall be due on or before the tenth (10th) of the month following every six (6) months:

The subject report, which shall be routinely updated until the case is terminated, shall indicate, among others, the case number, date of filing the petition, status of the case, and the name of the Presiding Judge. However, pursuant to OCA Circular No. 122-2022, dated 26 May 2022, the submission of this report is not necessary if in a particular period, the concerned court has nothing to report.
