Republic Act No. 8373, enacted on November 6, 1997, establishes the San Enrique National Comprehensive High School in the Municipality of San Enrique, Iloilo, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports. REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8373

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL COMPREHENSIVE HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN ENRIQUE, PROVINCE OF ILOILO TO BE KNOWN AS THE SAN ENRIQUE NATIONAL COMPREHENSIVE HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports a comprehensive national high school in the Municipality of San Enrique, Province of Iloilo, to be known as the San Enrique National Comprehensive High School.

SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act.

SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
