LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 1129

WHEREAS, the conditions of the moment are uncertain, brought about by unstable international situations, as illustrated by recent acts of agitation and terrorism, thereby requiring certain precautionary measures in the interest of national security; cd i
NOW, THEREFORE, for reasons of national security, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution, do hereby prohibit the sale and/or delivery of PADC's remaining three (3) L-100-20 aircraft to its present buyer to which PADC has granted the option to purchase.
