LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 378

In order to promote more efficient use of government aircraft, save on capital outlays for new aircraft, save on operating, maintenance and overhaul expenses, the Philippine Aerospace Development Corporation shall study and develop a centralized pooling system for all aircraft owned by a civilian government agencies and instrumentalities. cdt
The Chairman of the Board, Philippine Aerospace Development Corporation shall submit for approval by this Office the implementing rules and regulations for such a pooling system 45 days from the date of this Instruction.
