LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 363

| 1. The Maritime Industry Authority | ||
| 2. The Philippine Ports Authority | ||
| 3. The National Power Corporation | ||
| 4. The National Irrigation Administration | ||
| 5. The National Electrification Administration | ||
| 6. The Metropolitan Waterworks Sewerage System | ||
| 7. The Local Water Utilities Administration | ||
| 8. The Export Processing Zone Authority | ||
| 9. The Laguna Lake Development Authority | ||
| 10. The Philippine National Railways | ||
| And All Offices, Agencies and Instrumentalities, Including Government-Owned or Controlled Corporations Involved in Development Planning |
In line with the present policy to centralize the planning functions of the government and to integrate, coordinate and consolidate all development plans of all departments, offices and agencies of the government, you are hereby directed to prepare the respective development plans of your department, office or agency, namely (1) a medium-term plan covering a period of ten years and (2) a long-term or perspective plan up to the year 2000. The aforesaid plans are to be submitted to the National Economic and Development Authority for evaluation, coordination and integration within sixty (60) days from date hereof. casia
