Salary Standardization for Officials of the City of Manila

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5353

AN ACT STANDARDIZING SALARIES OF CERTAIN OFFICIALS OF THE CITY OF MANILA AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

SECTION 1. The provisions of the Revised Charter of the City of Manila, as amended, to the contrary notwithstanding, the following officials of the City of Manila shall receive the annual compensation as fixed hereunder: casia

SECTION 2. The officials hereinabove mentioned shall receive commutable representation allowance to be determined by the Municipal Board and as approved by the Mayor. aisa dc

SECTION 3. The incumbent officials holding the positions affected by this Act shall receive the salary increases upon the effectivity thereof without the necessity of new appointments.

SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
