COMMONWEALTH ACT NO. 164
AN ACT REVERTING TO THE UNAPPROPRIATED GENERAL FUND IN THE PHILIPPINE TREASURY ALL AMOUNTS COLLECTED BY THE BOHOL AND CAGAYAN FILIPINO COLONIES ESTABLISHED UNDER ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY-FOUR
SECTION 1. Any provisions of existing law to the contrary notwithstanding, all amounts collected from time to time by the Bohol and Cagayan Filipino Colonies established under Act Numbered Twenty-two hundred and fifty-four shall revert to the unappropriated general fund in the Philippine Treasury, and shall not be made available for expenditure except by subsequent legislative enactment.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
