A.M. No. 99-7-17-SC
RESOLUTION CREATING A SPECIAL COMMITTEE ON FINANCIAL AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO THE JUDICIARY
WHEREAS, various financial or technical assistance to the Judiciary may be available from governmental or non-governmental agencies or instrumentalities through the support of, or in coordination with, the National Economic Development Authority (NEDA); and offers of such assistance from the latter have been received by the Court;
WHEREAS, to ensure full attainment of the objectives of such assistance and enjoy optimum advantage of the benefits thereof, appropriate plans and programs should be carefully studied and formulated; and to expedite such study and formulation, it is necessary to create a special committee for the purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Court Resolved, as it hereby Resolves, to create a Special Committee on Financial and Technical Assistance to the Judiciary, composed of the following:

The Committee, which is authorized to designate a consultant with expertise on the matter, shall submit its report and recommendations not later than 30 September 1999.
This Resolution shall take effect upon its promulgation.
