EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 423 DATED JULY 12, 1957, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE FORT ANDRES BONIFACIO MILITARY RESERVATION SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF PASIG, TAGUIG AND PARAÑAQUE, PROVINCE OF RIZAL AND PASAY CITY, A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MAKATI, PROVINCE OF RIZAL AND RESERVING THE SAME AS SITE OF THE NATIONAL CARTOGRAPHY AUTHORITY (NCA) UNDER THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES

By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 423 dated July 12, 1957, which established the Fort Andres Bonifacio Military Reservation, situated in the Municipalities of Pasig, Taguig and Parañaque, Province of Rizal and Pasay City, a certain portion of land embraced therein situated in the Municipality of Makati, Province of Rizal and reserve the same as site of the National Cartography Authority under the Administration of the Office of the President of the Philippines, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to the condition that the area shall automatically revert to military control when no longer needed for the purpose stated, which portion is more particularly described as follows: cd

A portion of Parcel 3, PSU 2031 situated in the Municipality of Makati, Province of Rizal, bounded on the North by Consular Area, on the East by Housing Area, on the South by Road and on the West by remaining portions of Parcel 3, PSU 2031.

Beginning at a point marked 1 on attached sketch plan, showing the location of the area described herein, within Parcel 3, PSU 2031 (Fort Bonifacio, Metro Manila). acd
