RESERVING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE DASMARIÑAS BAGONG BAYAN, DASMARIÑAS, CAVITE, FOR HOUSING AND RESETTLEMENT PROJECT

WHEREAS, the social and economic upliftment of the dislocated families relocated from the Greater Manila area to resettlement projects is the concern of the Government;

WHEREAS, the National Housing Authority is the owner and administrator of various housing and resettlement projects, one of which is Dasmariñas Bagong Bayan Resettlement Project located at Dasmariñas, Cavite; casia

WHEREAS, the recent survey determined that there is a parcel of public land with an area of THIRTY FOUR THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY TWO (34,372) square meters, more or less, situated within the Dasmariñas Bagong Bayan Resettlement Project which is necessary for the project's comprehensive and integrated development.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby reserve for housing and resettlement project a certain parcel of public land situated in Dasmariñas Bagong Bayan Dasmariñas, Province of Cavite, subject to private rights, if any, which parcel of public land is more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land (SWO-04-01274, being a portion of the public domain), situated in the Mun. of Dasmariñas, Province of Cavite, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the W., along lines 1-6 by lot 3816, Rs-04-000362; along lines 6-9 by lot 3815, Imus Estate; along lines 9-11 by lot 3813-A, (LRC) Pcs-161291; on the N., along line 11-12 by creek; on the E., along lines 12-14 by lot 5944, Rs-04-000363, along lines 14-18 by lot 3814, Rs-04-000354; and on the S., along line 18-1 by lot 3820 (New), Sp-04-000331.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being S. 13 deg' 23' E., 564. 44 m. from Mon. 141, Imus Estate;

This parcel of land of the public domain shall form part of the Dasmariñas Bagong Bayan Resettlement Project under the administration/ownership of the National Housing Authority with authority to develop, subdivide and dispose the same to qualified beneficiaries. In order to facilitate the early development of the area for disposition, the Bureau of Lands is ordered to conduct the necessary subdivision survey and to issue special patent and title in the name of the National Housing Authority. aisa dc
