NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated December 4, 2012, which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. 12-11-10-SC (Re: Request of Deputy Court Administrator Antonio M. Eugenio, Jr. to Tack His Leave Credit[s] to His Judicial Service and Change His Optional Retirement to Compulsory Retirement). — Acting on the Letter dated November 15, 2012 of (Ret.) Deputy Court Administrator Antonio M. Eugenio, Jr., the Court Resolved to APPROVE his requests for the conversion of his application for optional retirement to an application for compulsory retirement and for the tacking in of his one (1) day leave credit to his service to answer for the gap therein."
