Please take notice that the Court En Banc had issued a Resolution dated 13 September 2022 in A.M. No. 17-08-14-SC (Re: Guidelines in the Release of Retirement and/or Terminal Leave Benefits of Justices, Judges, Court Officials and Personnel with Pending Cases), wherein it was resolved to:
"DIRECT the release of the monetary value of the leave credits of judges and lower court personnel within thirty (30) days from completion of their clearance requirements, regardless of their pending administrative complaints/cases, provided that the release of the retirement benefits of judges shall be put on hold pending the resolution of the administrative complaints/cases against them."
