Report of All Pending Adoption Cases Including Archived Cases Pursuant to Item 7 of the Guidelines in the Court En Banc Resolution Dated 19 April 2022 in A.M. No. 02-6-02-SC (Re: Rule on Adoption)
OCA Circular No. 192-2022 mandates all Family Courts and Regional Trial Courts in the Philippines to report on pending and archived adoption cases, following guidelines established in a previous Court en banc resolution. Courts are required to submit a comprehensive status report via an online form and keep it updated until all cases are resolved. If a court has no pending or archived cases, they are exempt from submitting a report. This initiative aims to enhance the management and oversight of adoption cases within the judicial system.
