A.M. No. 02-6-02-SC (Re: Rule on Adoption). — Acting on Resolution No. 06-2018 of the Committee on Family Courts and Juvenile Concerns, the Court Resolved to APPROVE the proposed amendment of Section 11 (E) of the Rule on Adoption by removing the conjunction 'or', to read as follows: CAacTH
