The sixth member (JBC representative) shall participate only when the position involved is in the Judicial and Bar Council.
The seventh member (PHILJA representative) shall participate only when the position involved is in the Philippine Judicial Academy.
The eighth member (MCLEO representative) shall participate only when the position involved is in the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Office.
The ninth member (OCA representative) shall participate only when the position involved is in the Office of the Court Administrator.
The tenth member (SCALE representative) shall participate only when the position involves a lawyer's position. cDCaHA
The SCEA representative for second-level positions (eleventh member) shall participate only when the position involved is in the second level; the SCEA representative for first-level positions (twelfth member) shall participate only when the position involved is in the first level.
The thirteenth member shall participate only when the position involved is under that member's respective office.
The Chairperson, Co-Chairperson, Members and Members of the Secretariat of the above Committee shall receive the usual expense allowances.
This Memorandum Order shall take effect upon its issuance this 3rd day of October 2012.
