SUPREME COURT MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 32-10
REORGANIZING THE SC SELECTION AND PROMOTION BOARD
In view of the retirement of Chief Justice Reynato S. Puno, and the appointment of Chief Justice Renato C. Corona, as well as the retirement, resignation, promotion and appointment of some justices, judges, officials and employees of the judiciary, the Supreme Court Selection and Promotion Board is hereby reorganized as follows:

The eighth member (OCA representative) shall participate only when the position involved is in the Office of the Court Administrator.
The ninth member (PHILJA representative) shall participate only when the position involved is in the Philippine Judicial Academy.
The tenth member (MCLEO representative) shall participate only when the position involved is in the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Office.
The eleventh member (SCALE representative) shall participate only when the position involves a lawyer's position.
The SCEA representative for second-level positions (twelfth member) shall participate only when the position involved is in the second level; the SCEA representative for first-level positions (thirteenth member) shall participate only when the position involved is in the first level.
The fourteenth member shall participate only when the position involved is under that member's respective office.
The Chairperson, Co-Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Members, and Members of the Secretariat of the above committee, shall receive the usual expense allowances.
This Memorandum Order shall take effect upon its issuance this 9th day of July 2010. aSIETH
