Reorganizing the Personnel Development Committee
On June 16, 2010, the Supreme Court of the Philippines issued Memorandum Order No. 28-10 to reorganize the Personnel Development Committee due to existing vacancies. The new structure includes Atty. Eden T. Candelaria as Chairperson, Atty. Gorgonio B. Elarmo, Jr. as Co-Chairperson, and Atty. Ma. Luisa D. Villarama as Vice-Chairperson, along with several other members from various offices within the Supreme Court. The committee members are entitled to receive usual expense allowances. This order took effect immediately upon issuance.

REORGANIZING THE PERSONNEL DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE
In view of the existing vacancies in the Personnel Development Committee, it is hereby reorganized as follows:
