Renewal of Accreditation of Seventeen CAM Mediators for the Cities of Bacolod and Batangas and in Rizal Province

NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames:
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated July 5, 2011, which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. 11-7-2-SC-PHILJA (Re: Renewal of Accreditation of Seventeen [17] CAM Mediators for the Cities of Bacolod and Batangas and in the Province of Rizal, Effective for a Period of Two [2] Years from May 1, 2011 to April 30, 2013). — The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the PHILJA Board of Trustees, to APPROVE the renewal of the accreditation of the following seventeen (17) CAM Mediators for the Cities of Bacolod and Batangas and in the Province of Rizal, effective for a period of two (2) years from May 1, 2011 to April 30, 2013, to wit:
