Act No. 3683, approved on November 3, 1930, remits a five-thousand peso bond originally furnished by Simeon Lopez and Sabas de Guzman in the case "The People of the Philippine Islands vs. Rufino Dizon, et al." This bond had been declared forfeited by the Court of First Instance of Manila. The remittance is granted after deducting any actual expenses incurred by the government in executing the bond. ACT NO. 3683
AN ACT REMITTING THE BOND OF FIVE THOUSAND PESOS FURNISHED BY SIMEON LOPEZ AND SABAS DE GUZMAN IN THE CASE OF "THE PEOPLE OF THE PHILIPPINE ISLANDS VERSUS RUFINO DIZON, ALIAS DY QUIAN, ALIAS JUAN DIZON, ET AL."
SECTION 1. The bond of five thousand pesos furnished by Simeon Lopez and Sabas de Guzman in favor of the defendant Rufino Dizon, alias Dy Quian, alias Juan Dizon, et al., which has been declared forfeited by the Court of First Instance of Manila, is hereby remitted after the expenses actually incurred by the Government in the execution of the said bail bond have been deducted.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
