In view of the unacceptable quality of local cement bags to our cement importers and considering the urgent need of the economy to push through the export of cement so as to attain full utilization of idle capacity of existing cement factories and pursuant to the last paragraph of Section 105 of the Tariff and Customs Code as amended by Presidential Decree No. 34, I hereby authorize the release of the shipment of cement bags consigned to Northern Cement Corporation arriving March 13, 1973 on board the M/V Tungsan, subject to the bonding and re-export conditions set forth in paragraph m of the same section. acd
DONE in the City of Manila, this 13th day of March, in the year of Our Lord, Nineteen Hundred and Seventy-Three.
