Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Presidential Decree No. 474, EO 125/125-A, Republic Act No. 9295 and its Revised IRR, MARINA MC No. 2008-08, and to further ensure safety of ships, all passengers on board ships/motor bancas in the open deck, are required to wear lifejackets prior to departure, and at all times, during the voyage. Any passenger who refuses to wear lifejackets will be requested to disembark and his ticket be refunded subject to MARINA MC No. 112. HTcADC
All other pertinent safety measures for passenger ships/motor bancas with open decks under MARINA MC No. 2008-08 shall be complied with.
