Reiteration of OCA Circular Nos. 130-2021 and 130A-2021 on the Deposit of Collected Mediation Fees to the Philippine Mediation Fund Account
OCA Circular No. 125-2022 reiterates the directives from previous circulars regarding the proper handling of collected mediation fees by Clerks of Court in the Philippines. It emphasizes that all mediation fees must be deposited into the newly designated SC OCA Mediation Fund Account at the Land Bank of the Philippines, rather than the outdated Trust Fund Account. This shift follows the transfer of the Philippine Mediation Center's administration to the Office of the Court Administrator. The circular serves as a reminder for strict compliance to ensure proper fund management.

OCA CIRCULAR NO. 125-2022
| TO | : | All Judges and Clerks of Court of the First and Second Level Courts |
| SUBJECT | : | Reiteration of OCA Circular Nos. 130-2021 and 130A-2021 on the Deposit of Collected Mediation Fees to the Philippine Mediation Fund Account |
It has come to the attention of this Office that despite the issuance of OCA Circular No. 130-2021 dated 29 October 2021 and OCA Circular No. 130A-2021 dated 4 January 2022, which directed Clerks of Courts to deposit the collected mediation fees to the new SC OCA Mediation Fund Account No. 3472-1010-47 in the Land Bank of the Philippines, several Clerks of Court/Acting Clerks of Court/Officers-in-Charge still continue to deposit their collected mediation fees to the old SC-PHILJA-PMC Trust Fund Account No. 3472-1000-08.
On account thereof, all concerned are REMINDED that with the transfer of the Philippine Mediation Center Office from the Philippine Judicial Academy to the Office of the Court Administrator (OCA), thereby transferring the administration of the Mediation Trust Fund to the Financial Management Office, OCA, all collected mediation fees shall be deposited to Land Bank Account No. 3472-1010-47 (The New SC OCA Mediation Fund Account) as directed by this Office in OCA Circular No. 130-2021 dated 29 October 2021 and OCA Circular No. 130A-2021 dated 4 January 2022.
For strict compliance.
(SGD.) RAUL B. VILLANUEVACourt Administrator
