In relation to OCA Circular No. 130-2021 dated 29 October 2021 on the Deposit of Collection of Mediation Fees to the new SC OCA Mediation Trust Fund Account, please be informed that the word "Trust" has been deleted from the account name. As a result, you are hereby DIRECTED to deposit the collected mediation fees to the Landbank-Account No. 3472-1010-47, with account name "SC OCA Mediation Fund."
