Reiteration of OCA Circular No. 74-2013 (Re: Copies of Dismissed Drugs Cases)
OCA Circular No. 81-2019 serves as a reminder to judges and court personnel in affected Regional Trial Courts (RTCs) to comply with OCA Circular No. 74-2013 regarding the submission of documentation for dismissed drug cases. RTCs are required to send copies of all orders, resolutions, and decisions related to dismissed drug cases to the Office of the Court Administrator (OCA) by the 15th day of the following month. This includes various types of dismissals and acquittals, with an emphasis on electronic submissions rather than hard copies for cost-effectiveness and easier monitoring. Non-compliance may result in disciplinary action against the judges and court staff involved.

7.
