Reconstituting the Office of the President Disposal Committee, Amending Memorandum Order No. 02-16
Memorandum Order No. 43, issued on February 12, 2020, amends the previous Memorandum Order No. 2 from August 1, 2016, by reconstituting the Office of the President Disposal Committee (OPDC). The OPDC will now be chaired by the Deputy Executive Secretary for Finance and Administration, with various heads of offices serving as members. The Assets Management Office is designated to assist the OPDC with technical and administrative issues, including the safekeeping and systematic filing of documents. This order is effective immediately and was published in the Official Gazette on February 24, 2020.

MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 43
Memorandum Order No. 2, dated 01 August 2016 is hereby amended so as to reconstitute the Office of the President Disposal Committee (OPDC) as follows:

This Order shall take effect immediately.
