MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 278
FURTHER RECONSTITUTING THE PERSONNEL DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE (PDC) IN THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT PROPER
The Personnel Development Committee reconstituted under Memorandum Order No. 257, dated 29 June 2007, is hereby further reconstituted as follows: DacASC
