AN ACT RECLASSIFYING THE WESTERN VISAYAS REGIONAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF POTOTAN, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, INTO A PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL TO BE KNOWN AS THE ILOILO PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL
SECTION 1. The Western Visayas Regional Hospital in the Municipality of Pototan, Province of Iloilo, is reclassified into a provincial hospital to be known as the Iloilo Provincial Hospital.
SECTION 2. The amount necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 for the Ministry of Health intended for new or expanded hospitals. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. cd i
