REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6351
AN ACT CONVERTING DOÑA TRINIDAD BOLIVAR MEMORIAL NATIONAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF POTOTAN, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, INTO A REGIONAL HOSPITAL TO BE KNOWN AS WESTERN VISAYAS REGIONAL HOSPITAL AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The Doña Trinidad Bolivar Memorial National Hospital in the Municipality of Pototan, Province of Iloilo, is hereby converted into a regional hospital to be known as Western Visayas Regional Hospital.
SECTION 2. The additional sum of four hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the conversion, operation and maintenance of said hospital during the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy-one: Provided, That no portion of the appropriation shall be transferred. Thereafter, such sums as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. casia
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
