LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 415

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1, Article III, Part XVII and Section 13, Chapter 1, Part XXIII of the Integrated Reorganization Plan, as implemented by Presidential Decree No. 1, the Secretary of Foreign Affairs is hereby directed to effect the reclassification of Philippine Foreign Service Missions into Class I and Class II missions. For this purpose, the position of Chief of Mission, Class III, is reclassified as Chief of Mission, Class II. casia
In the implementation of the aforesaid reclassification, all officers holding appointments to the position of Chief of Mission, Class III, on 6 January 1975 shall be deemed as having been appointed to the position of Chief of Mission Class II, as of that date.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 16th day of June, in the year of Our Lord, Nineteen Hundred and Seventy-Six.
