Reappropriation of Unexpended Balance for City of Manila
Republic Act No. 3290, enacted on June 18, 1961, reappropriates an unexpended balance of forty thousand pesos from a previously allocated fifty thousand pesos for public toilets in Manila. The funds are now designated for the asphalt paving, filling, and construction of curbs and gutters in the streets and alleys of Mendoza Estate, Santa Ana, City of Manila. The Act became effective upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette on April 9, 1962.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3290
AN ACT REAPPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FORTY THOUSAND PESOS WHICH IS THE UNEXPENDED BALANCE OF FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS APPROPRIATED UNDER ITEM (17), PAGE 183, SUBPARAGRAPH "ab", FOR THE CITY OF MANILA, PARAGRAPH 4, TITLE A, SECTION ONE OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWELVE HUNDRED
SECTION 1. The sum of forty thousand pesos which is unexpended balance of fifty thousand pesos appropriated under item (17), page 183, subparagraph "ab" for the City of Manila, paragraph 4, Title A, Section one of Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred, to wit:
| "(17) | New Public Toilets and Bath, Fourth District — Construction | P50,000.00" |
is hereby reappropriated for the asphalt paving, filling and construction of curbs and gutters of the streets and alleys in Mendoza Estate, Santa Ana, City of Manila.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
