Disbursement and Use of Unexpended Balance of Funds Appropriated for the Philippine Senate

AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE DISBURSEMENT AND USE OF THE UNEXPENDED BALANCE OF THE FUNDS APPROPRIATED FOR THE PHILIPPINE SENATE IN ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-THREE HUNDRED AND FIFTY-FIVE, ENTITLED "AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE NECESSARY EXPENSES OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE PHILIPPINE ISLANDS DURING THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING DECEMBER THIRTY-FIRST, NINETEEN HUNDRED AND TWENTY-EIGHT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES"

SECTION 1. The disbursement and use of the unexpended balance of the funds appropriated for the Philippine Senate in Act Numbered Thirty-three hundred and fifty-five, entitled "An Act appropriating funds for the necessary expenses of the Government of the Philippine Islands during the fiscal year ending December thirty-first, nineteen hundred and twenty-eight, and for other purposes," is hereby authorized for the purpose of covering deficiencies in certain items of the miscellaneous expenses of the Philippine Senate during the years nineteen hundred and twenty-seven and nineteen hundred and twenty-eight.

SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
