Re: Same Work Arrangement and Limited Personal Filing in the Supreme Court from December 1, 2021
The Supreme Court of the Philippines issued Memorandum Order No. 113-2021, effective December 1, 2021, continuing the work arrangement and limited personal filing established in prior directives. The Court will operate with a staggered workforce, where half of the employees will work on-site from Monday to Wednesday, and the other half from Thursday to Saturday, while those not on-site will work from home for two days. The official working hours are set from 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. This arrangement remains in effect until further notice.

SUPREME COURT MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 113-2021
RE: SAME WORK ARRANGEMENT AND LIMITED PERSONAL FILING IN THE SUPREME COURT FROM DECEMBER 1, 2021
The same work arrangement directives and limited personal filing implemented under Memorandum Order No. 110-2021 dated November 19, 2021 shall be observed from December 1, 2021 until further orders from this Court. All offices/services/divisions/units in the Supreme Court will continue to be fully operational, with one-half of the workforce reporting on-site on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays (MTW shift) and the other half on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays (ThFS shift). Employees who are not scheduled to report to the office shall be under WFH arrangement for two (2) days. The official time for work will be from 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
