Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of the Court En Banc dated March 3, 2009

"A.M. No. 09-2-18-SC (Re: Request of Senator Mar Roxas to Exempt Pre-Need Plan Victims from Paying the Court/Filing Fees). — The Court Resolved to NOTE the Letter dated February 16, 2009 of Senator Mar Roxas, requesting that pre-need plan victims be exempt from paying the court/filing fees.

The pre-need plan litigants shall be exempt from paying the court/filing fees if they fall under the category of indigent litigants under Amended Administrative Circular No. 35-2004."
