NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated September 25, 2012, which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. 12-2-02-O (Re: Letter Request of Intramuros Administration for Exemption from Payment of Legal Fees). — The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Chief Attorney, to GRANT the claim of the Intramuros Administration, through Administrator Jose A. Capistrano, Jr., for exemption from payment of legal fees under Rule 141, Section 22 of the Rules of Court, the Intramuros Administration being a government instrumentality and an attached agency of the Department of Tourism vested with the governmental function of restoring and administering the development of historic Intramuros."
