Public High School in Barangay Poblacion, Pangantucan, Bukidnon
Republic Act No. 8538, enacted on February 23, 1998, establishes a public high school in Barangay Poblacion, Municipality of Pangantucan, Province of Bukidnon. This school will operate under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports. Funding for the school will be included in the General Appropriations Act in the year following the law's enactment. The Act takes effect immediately upon its approval.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8538
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A PUBLIC HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF PANGANTUCAN, PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. A public high school in Barangay Poblacion, Municipality of Pangantucan, Province of Bukidnon, shall be established under the direct supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports.
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
