Proper Dimaya National High School in Barangay Proper Dimaya, Dinas, Zamboanga Del Sur
Republic Act No. 9095, enacted on April 8, 2001, establishes a national high school named Proper Dimaya National High School in Barangay Proper Dimaya, Municipality of Dinas, Province of Zamboanga del Sur. REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9095
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY PROPER DIMAYA IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DINAS, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR TO BE KNOWN AS PROPER DIMAYA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in Barangay Proper Dimaya, Municipality of Dinas, Province of Zamboanga del Sur to be known as Proper Dimaya National High School.
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
