Judge Edmundo S. Pinga National High School in Barangay Danan, Vincenzo Sagun, Zamboanga Del Sur
Republic Act No. 9076, enacted on April 8, 2001, establishes the Judge Edmundo S. Pinga National High School in Barangay Danan, Municipality of Vincenzo Sagun, Zamboanga del Sur. This school will operate under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports. The necessary funding for the school's establishment will be included in the General Appropriations Act for the subsequent year and beyond. The Act takes effect immediately upon approval.

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY DANAN IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF VINCENZO SAGUN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR TO BE KNOWN AS JUDGE EDMUNDO S. PINGA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in Barangay Danan, Municipality of Vincenzo Sagun, Province of Zamboanga del Sur to be known as Judge Edmundo S. Pinga National High School.
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. DAEICc
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
