Posting of Unsigned Supreme Court or OCA Issuances in Social Media

To preserve the integrity of court documents, all concerned judges and court personnel of the first and second level courts are DIRECTED to REFRAIN from releasing or posting in social media any unsigned Supreme Court and Office of the Court Administrator (OCA) documents, orders, decisions, or issuances. Please be informed that such act of premature release or posting may have consequential administrative penalty/ies.
