PMC Operating Budget for the Year 2011

NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames:
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated July 5, 2011, which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. 11-4-9-SC-PHILJA (Re: PMC Operating Budget for the Year 2011) [Re: Request for Approval of the Supplemental Budget Amounting to One Million Four Hundred Pesos [P1,000,400.00] to the 2011 PMC Operating Budget for the Purpose of Conducting the 4th Seminar Workshop on the Special Rules of Court on ADR in Davao City on July 19-21, 2011]. — The Court Resolved to NOTE the:
(a) Letter dated June 7, 2011 of Justice Adolfo S. Azcuna, Chancellor, PHILJA, transmitting, among others, BOT Resolution No. 11-29 dated May 31, 2011, approving PMCO EXECOM Resolution No. 16-2011 dated May 17, 2011, recommending the approval of the supplemental budget amounting to One Million Four Hundred Pesos (P1,000,400.00) to the 2011 PMCO Operating Budget for the purpose of conducting the 4th Seminar Workshop on the Special Rules of Court on ADR in Davao City on July 19 to 21, 2011; and
(b) Letter dated May 26, 2011 of Justice Justo P. Torres, Jr., Vice Chancellor, PHILJA, requesting for authority to conduct the subject activity and for the therein named PHILJA officials and staff to travel to Davao City on official business from July 18 to July 22, 2011, and reiterating further the request for the approval of the aforesaid supplemental budget."
