Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated April 5, 2011 which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. 11-4-9-SC-PHILJA (Re: PMC Operating Budget for the year 2011). — The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Board of Trustees of PHILJA in its Resolution No. 11-20 dated March 16, 2011, to APPROVE the PMC Operating Budget for the year 2011 in the amount of Seventy Eight Million Four Hundred Fifteen Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Eight Pesos (P78,415,678.00)."
