AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION ON OFFICIAL TIME OF LAWYERS IN REGION VI IN THE MANDATORY CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION PROGRAM
The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP)-Iloilo Chapter will co-sponsor with UP Law Center a Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) Program on April 20 to 21, 2006 at Barcelo Sarabia Manor Hotel and Convention Center, #101 Gen. Luna Street, Iloilo City. HCDAac
In consideration of the MCLE compliance requirement for active IBP members, lawyers in various government agencies and local government units in Region VI are hereby authorized to attend the above-mentioned program on official time only, at no cost to the government except payment of their salaries, provided that such attendance will not adversely affect the functions of their respective offices, as well as the delivery of services to the public.
