REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7873
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PANAMAO, SULU DISTRICT II, TO BE KNOWN AS THE PANAMAO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established under the direct supervision of Department of Education, Culture and Sports a national high school in the Municipality of Panamao, Sulu District II, to be known as the Panamao National High School.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall implement this Act so as to make the Panamao National High School in operation during the first school term after the effectivity of this Act.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
