Establishment of a National High School in Tungkil, Sulu
Batas Pambansa Blg. 483, enacted on June 10, 1983, establishes the Tungkil National High School in the Municipality of Tungkil, Province of Sulu. The law allocates an initial funding of one hundred and fifty thousand pesos from the appropriations for the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports for the school's operation. Future maintenance and operational costs will be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. The Act takes effect upon approval and was published in the Official Gazette on April 16, 1984.

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TUNGKIL, PROVINCE OF SULU, TO BE KNOWN AS THE TUNGKIL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. A national high school is hereby established in the Municipality of Tungkil, Province of Sulu, to be known as the Tungkil National High School.
SECTION 2. The amount of one hundred and fifty thousand pesos for the operation of the school shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 for the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports intended for new national high schools. Thereafter, the amount needed for its maintenance and operation shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. cd
