The Program, as reviewed by the above-cited agencies, and which seeks to provide 100,000 housing units to the members of the DILG and the Philippine National Police (PNP), is hereby approved as to its concept, parameters, and the necessary support mechanisms from various government agencies.
In order to expedite the implementation of the program, you are hereby directed and authorized to coordinate all efforts to ensure the immediate implementation of the same.
More particularly, you are further directed to make arrangements with the Home Guaranty Corporation (HGC), Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF), Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP), Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) and the Philippine National Bank (PNB) in order to put together and implement the financing structure designed for this housing program.
