Organization of the Municipal District of San Mariano, Isabela as a Regular Municipality
Act No. 3416, approved on December 7, 1927, establishes the municipal district of San Mariano in Isabela as a regular municipality, subject to the provisions of the Administrative Code. The current president, vice-president, and councilors will remain in office until successors are elected in the general election of 1928. San Mariano will retain its name, territory, and boundaries following this conversion. The Act takes effect immediately upon approval.

ACT NO. 3416
AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE ORGANIZATION OF THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF SAN MARIANO, PROVINCE OF ISABELA, AS A REGULAR MUNICIPALITY
SECTION 1. The municipal district of San Mariano, Province of Isabela, shall be converted into a regular municipality governed by the provisions of chapter fifty-seven of the Administrative Code.
SECTION 2. Upon the approval of this Act, the present president, vice-president, and councilors of said district shall continue in office until their successors shall be duly elected in the general election of nineteen hundred and twenty-eight. ETHIDa
SECTION 3. The municipal district of San Mariano hereby converted into a regular municipality shall retain the name of San Mariano and have the same territory and boundaries as heretofore.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
Approved, December 7, 1927.
