Change of Name of San Mariano Junior National Agricultural High School in San Mariano, Isabela
Batas Pambansa Blg. 339, enacted on February 10, 1983, expands the curricular offerings of the San Mariano Junior National Agricultural High School in Isabela, renaming it the Delfin Albano Memorial School of Agriculture and Technology. BATAS PAMBANSA BLG. 339
AN ACT EXPANDING THE CURRICULAR OFFERINGS OF THE SAN MARIANO JUNIOR NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN MARIANO, PROVINCE OF ISABELA, WHICH SHALL HEREAFTER BE KNOWN AS THE DELFIN ALBANO MEMORIAL SCHOOL OF AGRICULTURE AND TECHNOLOGY
SECTION 1. The San Mariano Junior National Agricultural High School in the Municipality of San Mariano, Province of Isabela, which shall hereafter be known as the Delfin Albano Memorial School of Agriculture and Technology, shall offer a two-year course associate in agriculture for college students and short-term courses geared to the skilled manpower needs intended for the out-of-school youths. casia
SECTION 2. The sum-needed for the implementation of this Act shall be included in the appropriations for the Ministry of Education and Culture intended for the expanded curricular offerings in the annual General Appropriations Act starting in 1983.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
