To optimize the benefits derived from the overseas employment and contracting program especially in the Middle East and Africa, you are hereby directed to: cdt
1) Allocate and release immediately the amount of Seven Million Pesos (P7,000,000.00) to defray the initial operational expenses of the Middle East and Africa Regional Labor Office based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and thereafter to allocate one fourth of the preceding year's incremental collections deposited with the operations of the said Office in Saudi Arabia and its branches in the various Middle East countries; and the sum of One Million Pesos (P1,000,000.00) to put into operation within thirty days from the effectivity of this Order, the One-Stop Processing Center at the Ministry of Labor and Employment and the Labor Assistance Center at the Manila International Airport (MIA). cdt
