LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 1303

In view of the policy of this Office to now activate the operation of the Laoag International Airport as a port of entry and exit, you are hereby instructed, within the area of your functional responsibilities, to set up the necessary systems and procedures, install needed equipment, provide the necessary and adequate manpower and staff and such other measures that will now make the Laoag International Airport able to service and handle the formalities for the exit and entry of tourists on or before April 17, 1983.
